The kids were in awe of the wide variety of animals and enjoyed the interactive exhibits. The safari ride was a highlight, allowing us all to get up close and personal with the magnificent creatures. We made unforgettable memories as a family at this must-visit attraction.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for children.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel by a beautiful lake. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water from the terrace and patio. The hotel offered a range of luxurious amenities, including a swimming pool, sun terrace, and solarium. The room itself was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious sitting area. I also appreciated the extra touches like the soundproofed rooms and the garden furniture on the terrace.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The facilities and amenities here are excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

A beautiful little hotel with wonderful food and extremley friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel which is perfect for a stop over while travelling to the south of france and equally as ideal as a base to explore the Ardeche and Rhone Loire. We look forward to a return visit.

We got great value for our money at Auberge Du Lac. The room was comfortable and the views were spectacular. The staff treated us extremely well and made our trip so pleasant.
The food for breakfast could have been better, as some of us left the table still hungry.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and the room itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a large and incredibly comfortable bed. The location next to the lake was perfect for scenic walks with our dog, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu could have been improved by ensuring that there was enough bread and croissants for everyone, especially for larger groups like ours.

They have a wonderful, friendly staff, with adequate English skills. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are very modern and have a great shower.
The restaurant at the hotel is closed on Sunday night and all day Monday, and it is a 15-20 minute drive in any direction to get a meal. Although the restaurants recommended by the hotel were good.

Having the best room in the tower, quite during the night, but a little bit narrow.
Bathroom / toilet without door to the sleeping room. Other rooms may have (rarely) street noise during the night.

This hotel boasts a stunning location on the edge of a picturesque lake with breathtaking views of the mountains. There is much to do in the local area, making it an ideal spot for an outdoor adventure. Rooms are large, airy and spotlessly clean, with beautiful flower-themed decor. The staff are welcoming and polite, making guests feel right at home.
The restaurant service could be improved.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Amazing view from infinity pool. Lovely dinner.
This is a very smart hotel with an amazing resturant - as adults we absolutely loved it. We were travelling with 2 young children - the room was perfect and the chef made a special dinner for them but we would probably choose somewhere more informal until they are a little older. (We'll be back on our own in the meantime!)

The hotel is very welcoming. We arrived in horrendous rain and umbrellas were there to help us avoid a soaking while bringing in our luggage. The room was lovely with a wonderful shower. The meal in the hotel resaturant was delicious and very professional service. Although we only stayed 1 night and could not sample the pool or terrace, they looked very inviting.
